The customer has the right to exchange products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order


Terms and Conditions:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after three days have passed.

2- In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of 25 riyals to return the product to be replaced and 25 riyals to ship the replacement product and for international exchange. The consumer bears all the costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated

3- The store has the right to inspect the products to be replaced and refuse to replace any product in the event of any defects or any doubt about changing the product or the way it is stored.


Retrieval

The customer has the right to return the products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order


Terms and Conditions

2- To return a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process, which are 25 riyals for shipping the products to be returned. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

4- The store has the right to inspect the products to be returned and refuse to return any product if there are any defects or any doubt about the change in the product or the way it was stored.

5- The customer will be compensated for the return value if it is returned to the card or bank account within 14 days from the date of receiving the return. If the customer requests issuing a coupon or credit in the store, the compensation will be made and added to his balance within 3 days of receiving the product.
